Tuition Per Semester for Academic Year 2024-2025

Chinese grade classes 

  • NCA Member:           $320        

  • Non-NCA Member:  $350

Chinese AP classes:

  • NCA Member:           $340  

  • Non-NCA Member:  $370

Art classes 

  • NCA Member:          $165

  • Non-NCA Member: $195

​

Ping-Pong classes (when offered)

  • NCA Member:          $150  

  • Non-NCA Member: $180

Dance classes (when offered)

  • NCA Member:          $145  

  • Non-NCA Member: $175

AP Economic classes:

  • NCA Member:           $340  

  • Non-NCA Member:  $370

Volunteer Deposit: $30 (included in the tuition of Chinese classes)

Parents of all students who take Chinese classes need to sign up for Chinese school volunteer twice per student per semester to get the deposit back at the end of the semester. 

​

For families moving into the area in the middle of the semester, we will try our best to admit new students if there are available seats. Tuition for such students depends on how many classes have been missed, and will be collected as follows: 

  • Missing 0 - 4 classes, full tuition amount

  • Missing  5 - 8 classes, 75% of full tuition amount

  • Missing more than 8 classes, 50% of full tuition amount

Tuition Payment and Fees

 

Tuition may be collected during Registration Dates from 2:00-3:30 PM on Aug 3 at the NCA center (8206 Blondo St). Tuition may be paid by check.

  • Check payable to: OCCA Chinese School, mail check to: OCCA Chinese School, 8206 Blondo St., Omaha, NE 68134. Please include on the check: your name, contact information, your kid's name, and the class(es) the tuition covers. 

 

There will be an open house on Saturday August 3 from 2:00-3:30pm at the NCA center (8206 Blondo St) for new students' registration and payment. Continuing students may pay tuition on the first day of school on August 12 when coming to school.

  • Late fee There will be a $20 late fee if the tuition is paid after 8/17/24. ​

Tuition refund policy

Please inform the your teacher at least one week before the withdraw day so that tuition refund can be processed. The refund will be calculated based on the actual date when the notification is received. The following is the amount of refund corresponding to classes taken before notice:

0-1 classes                  Full refund

2-4 classes                  75% refund

5-8 classes                  50% refund

>8 classes                   0 refund

 Aug. 10, 2024 - Dec 14, 2024. Every Saturday (except the days specifically indicated as no school) 

  • August 3: 2:00-3:30 PM Open house at NCA center​

  • August 10: First day of school

  • August 31: No school, Labor Day weekend  

  • September 14: No school, One Community Cultural Festival / Mid Autumn Festival celebration

  • November 30: No school, Thanksgiving

  • December 14: Last day of school​​
