Tuition Per Semester for Academic Year 2023-2024

 

• To receive NCA membership discount, please purchase NCA membership before registration.

Important dates:

• Two registration dates in spring 2023 are held on Saturdays May 6 and May 13 from 2:00-4:00pm in NCA. Students register for fall in these days will receive $20 early bird discount.   ​

Tuition information:

Chinese grade classes (plus $18 fee for iChineseReader subscription)

• NCA Member:           $260 (if register by May 13) + $20 fee = $280       or $280 (if register in August 2023) + $20 = $300

• Non-NCA Member:  $280 (if register by May 13) + $20 fee = $300       or $300 (if register in August 2023) + $20 = $320

Chinese AP classes:

• NCA Member:           $280 (if register by May 13)                                     or $300 (if register in August 2023) 

• Non-NCA Member:  $300 (if register by May 13)                                     or $320 (if register in August 2023)

Art classes (the $15 fee is for materials needed for class)

• NCA Member:          $130 (if register by May 13) + $20 fee = $150       or $150 (if register in August 2023) + $20 = $180

• Non-NCA Member: $150 (if register by May 13) + $20 fee = $170       or $170 (if register in August 2023) + $20 = $190

Ping-Pong classes (when offered)

• NCA Member:          $130 (if register by May 13)        or $150 (if register in August 2023) 

• Non-NCA Member: $150 (if register by May 13)        or $170 (if register in August 2023)

Dance classes (when offered)

• NCA Member:          $130 (if register by May 13)        or $150 (if register in August 2023) 

• Non-NCA Member: $150 (if register by May 13)        or $170 (if register in August 2023)

For families moving into the area in the middle of the semester, we will try out best to admit new students if there are available seats. Tuition for such students depends on how many classes have been missed, and will be collected as follows: 

• Missing 0 - 4 classes, full tuition amount

• Missing  5 - 8 classes, 75% of full tuition amount

• Missing more than 8 classes, 50% of full tuition amount

Tuition Payment and Fees

 

Tuition may be collected during Registration Dates from 2:00-4:00 PM on May 6 and May 14 at the NCA center (8206 Blondo St) or by mail (postmarked by May 14 for early bird rate). Tuition may by paid by check. 

​

• Check payable to: OCCA Chinese School, mail check to: OCCA Chinese School, 8206 Blondo St., Omaha, NE 68134. Please include on the check: your name, contact information, your kid's name, the class(es) the tuition covers. 

 

There will be an open house on Saturday August 5 from 1:00-3:00pm at the NCA center (8206 Blondo St) for new students registration and payment. Continuing students may pay tuition on the first day of school on August 12 when coming to school.

• Late fee There will be a $15 late fee if the tuition is paid in the third week of the semester or a $20 late fee after that.
